HumicHealth.info EDITOR'S NOTE: Organic substances exist in small quantities in virtually all water supplies. Many cities have replace Chlorine with "Chloramine" which has been proven to be non-reactive with organic materials. You may be living in a city where the water is "Chlorinated" with Chloramine. We will post an updated list here as soon as we find one. Call you municipal water supplier and ask then if they are using Chloramine instead of Chlorine.

IMPORTANT HumicHealth.info continually investigates the question of Humic Acid use with chlorinated water. At this time we feel confident that Humic Acid can be used safely with chlorinated water. Like many people, we have general concerns about the overall effects of drinking chlorinated tap water, and we ourselves prefer to use purified water. If this question remains a concern for anyone, we strongly suggest that you err on the side of caution, and use purified water. |
